We’ve packed as much fun into one day as possible…there isn’t a better place to spoil your dog!

In honour of International Homeless Animals’ Day, Pawlooza has partnered with animal rescue groups from across Canada. These rescue groups are given free space to come to Pawlooza, show off their adoptables, fundraise, network, and help raise awareness about Canada’s pet overpopulation. — tk

Good one Tk. I’ve seen a documentary in Canada where there is a colony and what they do is spay and release. Colony of homeless cats. Have a grand day. 😛

Oh my! While that video made me laugh out loud (a clever version of the song), I take the point. A sad but necessary fact.

I note they (the Browns) are foster parents to two litters of kittens and their mothers, and that they post videos of foster cats and kittens in an effort to find appropriate permanent homes for them and to encourage spaying and neutering pets instead of allowing them to breed and contribute to the problem of unwanted cats (and dogs!) that live short, tragic lives.

Thank you for that. Amazing work. You just to admire people who work selflessly to help animals who can’t speak for themselves! 🙂

It’s also Black Cat Appreciation Day, according to Vancouver’s own DrNworb, who posted a pro-black cat video in celebration of his and his wife’s own Panthy (Panther), a handsome black cat.
